EULA - End User License Agreement

Overview
You may run AccelMan 30 days for free (evaluation version).
Having personal license, you may install AccelMan personally on two computers (e.g. desktop and laptop).
If you planning to run AccelMan on single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, you need to purchase single-user license.
Purchased license entitles you to all future upgrades at no charge.
You may install registered copy of AccelMan onto Flash Drive or DVD and run personally from that media on any computer.
If you are planning to use AccelMan in commercial, governmental and others kinds of activity, you need to purchase Business license.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Flexigen Software Labs, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove AccelMan files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Registered version
This section applies to the registered version of AccelMan. If you are using an evaluation version of AccelMan, see the section titled "Evaluation version" below.
Personal license suitable for personal, private, non-profit purposes.
If you are planning to use AccelMan in commercial, governmental and others kinds of activity, you need to purchase Business license.
One registered copy of AccelMan may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the registered version of AccelMan through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access AccelMan on the network, each workstation must have its own AccelMan license, regardless of whether they use AccelMan at different times or concurrently.
Owner of license can install registered copy of AccelMan to Flash Drive or DVD and run personally from that media on any computer.
Purchased license entitles you to all updates, released after the date of your order at no charge.
If you translated AccelMan interface into any language, or correct existing translation, and grant Flexigen Software Labs to include translation into the installation kit, you have the right to receive a personal license for free.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Evaluation license
The following chapters apply to the evaluation version of AccelMan. If you have purchased a license for the registered version of AccelMan, see the section "Registered Version" above.
AccelMan is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days.
If you use this software after the evaluation period you need to purchase a license (see ‘Registered version’ above).
Unregistered use of AccelMan after the 30-days evaluation period is in violation of US and international copyright laws.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
If you translated AccelMan interface into any language, or correct existing translation, and grant Flexigen Software Labs to include translation into the installation kit, you have the right to receive a personal license for free.
Distribution of Evaluation Version
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version (select About from the AccelMan Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranty
This section applies both to registered and evaluation versions.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. In particular, there is no warranty for the optional virus scanning feature (AccelMan does not scan for viruses, it simply runs external programs that claim to perform this function). Because of the various hardware and software environments into which AccelMan may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program was thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
